Daniel Mminele encourages reserve managers to focus on ‘investment horizon’
Reserve managers should focus on the "investment horizon" rather than annual outcomes to reap the benefits of a prospective rate hike in the US, according to a South African Reserve Bank (Sarb) deputy governor.
