Simon Potter and Richard Dzina step down after combined 49 years at the bank

Two top officials at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York are to step down at the start of next month, the bank announced on May 28.

The head of the markets group, Simon Potter, and the head of the financial services group, Richard Dzina, will be leaving on the bank on June 1.

The changes leave chief operating officer Ray Testa as the interim leader for the markets group and Chris Armstrong, senior vice-president of cash operations, as interim head of the financial services group. It is
