People: Riksbank appoints new head of financial stability
Sweden confirms head of financial stability; BIS appoints new advisory board; and more
Sweden: Sveriges Riksbank has confirmed Olof Sandstedt as head of the financial stability department. He was the acting director until his official appointment came into force on November 14.
Sandstedt has been the Riksbank’s deputy of financial stability since 2015, and before that the head of the banking analysis division. Before joining the Swedish central bank in 2007, he worked at JP Morgan.
