Malaysia’s economy has flexibility to adjust to shocks, says Zeti
Malaysia has successfully demonstrated its ability to emerge from external shocks and is prepared for the future, Bank Negara Malaysia governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz argued today.
"Malaysia has, over several decades, demonstrated time and time again the ability to emerge from commodity price shocks, financial crises and the spillovers from disruptions generated from other parts of the world," she said, at the Invest Malaysia 2015 conference in Kuala Lumpur.
