Croatian governor: Europe has a way to go with structural reforms
Vujčić points to benefits of greater labour market flexibility
The failure to deliver much-needed structural reforms remains the biggest threat across Europe, Croatian National Bank governor Boris Vujčić said today (June 26), at the Institute of International Finance (IIF) Europe Summit in Frankfurt.
Europe has "much more" to do, he said, pointing to the need for greater labour market flexibility, including in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), to aid the growth of small businesses – a common concern among conference participants.
