Ugandan governor on road to recovery after falling ill
Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile treated in hospital after falling ill last week
The Bank of Uganda governor is "making steady progress towards recovery" after he was admitted into hospital last week, a central bank spokesperson has said.
Governor Emmanuel Tumusiime Mutebile visited Nakasero hospital to "receive medical attention because he was not feeling well", according to the spokesperson, where he was treated for "a few days".
After his condition improved Mutebile was discharged to continue his recovery at home. He then flew to South Africa on May 8 for a "medical
