The Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo (CBK) (a successor of the Banking and Payment Authority of Kosovo) was established with the approval of the Law N0.03/L-209 on “Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo” by the Kosovo Assembly in July 2010, revoking the old CBK Law N0.03/L-074.
