Haldane fields wide range of questions with good humour

Bank of England chief economist Andrew Haldane occupied the hot seat in the bank's latest question and answer session on Twitter, held today (September 14), ahead of its 'Open Forum' in November.

Few of the exchanges went into any great depth on policy matters, but Haldane showed he had the concision and light touch prized by many Twitter users.
