Industry participants have welcomed the Bank of England's (BoE) review of fixed income, commodities and currencies (Ficc) markets – the Fair and Effective Markets Review (FEMR) – which examined practices and processes in the space after a series of high-profile scandals brought these markets under the spotlight.
