Israel governor Flug appoints new chief of staff
Daniel Hahiashvili formerly served head of central services
Bank of Israel governor Karnit Flug appointed Daniel Hahiashvili as her chief of staff today, after incumbent Eddy Azoulay was appointed as the Israeli representative at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London.
Hahiashvili joined the Bank of Israel in 2002. He has held a number of positions within its banking supervision department since, and has spent the past year as head of central services.
