Philippines governor announces recovery from cancer

Espenilla reveals cancer treatment, and says recent policy reforms will not fuel rising inflation

The governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines (BSP) Nestor Espenilla has revealed he was diagnosed with tongue cancer in November last year but has now recovered following surgery.
