Swelling profits explain rebound in risk appetite, San Fran Fed paper suggests

The change in the price of risk in the US' current economic recovery is near the top of the historical range observed in past recoveries since World War II, according to an 'economic letter' published by the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco on Monday.
