Eastern Caribbean to advance integration: Venner

The Organisation of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) will sign the new Treaty of Basseterre to advance integration arrangements to an economic and currency union on 29 December 2009 at the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) headquarters, said Dwight Venner, the governor of the central bank.
