Estonia's Sutt optimistic on economy

It is a time for change and opportunity for the Estonian economy, said Andres Sutt, a deputy governor at the Bank of Estonia.

The deputy governor said that the economy will perform well if business is competitive, if investment in sectors supporting exports continues and if capital is sufficiently utilised.
