Abilov appointed head of Turkmenistan CB
The Ashgabat correspondent of Turkmenistan.ru reported that the appointment was made for a six-month probationary period. By another decree of the Turkmen president, Abilov was appointed coordinator for Turkmenistan at the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
