BoE redesigns inflation report

New design intended to give MPC more flexibility in emphasising changing circumstances

The Bank of England will publish a redesigned and renamed inflation report when it unveils its next monetary policy decision.

From November 7, the inflation report will become the monetary policy report, with a revised structure designed to give the monetary policy committee “greater flexibility to adapt one of its key communications tools to changing circumstances”.
