You served under more than half-a-dozen Reserve Bank of India (RBI) governors. What key changes in communications did you implement and experience during those times?

Well, that’s my whole book going into 250 pages! But, if I have to summarise it in one sentence, I would say: the whole function of communication evolved through the tenures of all the six governors. I am leaving out the last two only because it was the back end of my career, and I was busy on other projects at the central bank. One
