New York Fed to establish ‘innovation centre’

Search begins for director, who will lead collaboration with BIS innovation hubs

The Federal Reserve Bank of New York is establishing an ‘innovation centre’ to be responsible for collaborating with the Bank for International Settlement’s innovation hubs.

In a statement on January 11, the New York Fed announced it was looking for a director to lead its new centre. Recruitment firm Heidrick and Struggles has been asked to find suitable candidates.
