People: Sandra Boss quits BoE roles to join BlackRock

UK: The Bank of England has suffered the loss of one of its most senior female policy-makers, as Sandra Boss revealed she had stepped down to join BlackRock.
Boss has now left her role as an external member of the prudential regulation committee and her role on the board overseeing the BoE’s real-time gross settlement system overhaul.
Governor Andrew Bailey said in a statement: “I would like to thank Sandy Boss for her tremendous contribution and her insights since joining in September 2014
