Dallas: Helen Holcomb took up the role of 'interim president' at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas on Friday, after Richard Fisher retired from the role.

She has experience running the institution, having held the same role immediately before Richard Fisher was appointed for his first term, from November 2004
