Hélène Rey warns advanced economies are not safe from US spillovers

Economist shows policy rates are weakened by global spillovers

Even advanced economies are suffering from the spillovers resulting from US monetary policy, according to Hélène Rey, a professor of economics at the London Business School.

Rey, who has received multiple awards for her work on global finance, today expanded upon a paper she delivered at last year's Jackson Hole event.
