Albania’s Fullani calls for greater co-operation with Europe

The governor of the Bank of Albania, Ardian Fullani, delivered a speech on June 14 in which he discussed the impact of EU and eurozone policies on aspiring members.

Speaking at the seminar 'South East Europe: Pre-Requisites for Reform', Fullani said: "Current developments have diminished the anchoring role of the EU and the euro." He called for greater co-operation between European policy-makers and aspiring members to reduce negative spillovers from Europe.

However, the governor emphasised that
