Recovery will be fragile and unpredictable: Bank’s Sentance

Reviewing evidence that the UK economy had moved out of recession and into recovery, Andrew Sentance, a member of the Bank of England's monetary policy committee, identified improvements in key areas, but cautioned that the recovery was still in its early stages.
