Canada's Dodge on economic & financial efficiency

In the speech 'Economic and financial efficiency: The importance of pension plans' given on 9 November David Dodge of the Bank of Canada said Canada must correct flaws in its pension system to encourage more risk-taking and boost the economy's potential growth.
