Italy's Draghi: World Bank should reach out
The World Bank needs to reach out to all its member countries, said Mario Draghi, the governor of the Bank of Italy.
Speaking at a development committee of the boards of governors of the Bank and the International Monetary Fund, Draghi said that the World Bank, as a truly global institution, needed to approach both borrowers and lenders alike to ensure equitable representation and a strong capital base.
He said - speaking on behalf of Albania, Greece, Italy, Malta, Portugal, San Marino and East
