Ordoez urges labour reform
Labour-market reform is crucial for the Spanish economy's future, said Miguel Ordoez, the governor of the country's central bank.
Ordoez said that labour reform was important for reducing unemployment in Spain. He said that the country's economy was characterised by high unemployment, compared to other developed countries.
Spain, he added, also suffers from lower growth in real wages, lower labour productivity growth and greater discrimination against certain groups.
