Estonia's Lipstok on IMF's opinions

The Bank of Estonia agrees with the International Monetary Fund's view that economic conditions are testing public finances and flexibility, its governor said.

"It is clear that the key issue for the public finances in the short term is fiscal adjustment to the changed conditions, while at the same time maintaining an environment conducive to growth," Andres Lipstok, the governor of the central bank, said.
