Greenspan on the Council of Economic Advisers

In a speech given on 26 October Alan Greenspan of the Federal Reserve praised the advice provided to presidents by the Council of Economic Advisers.

Greenspan said the three-member council, created during the Truman administration, is "one of the most successful government agencies in history."
