Lower liquidity has impeded Swedish markets, central bank survey shows

Market-makers are ‘less willing to take risks’, research finds

One in three market participants consider that Swedish financial markets are functioning "slightly less well" than they did six months ago, according to Sveriges Riksbank's latest risk survey, the findings of which were published today.

Moreover, one in four respondents expects that market functioning "will deteriorate further" in the next six months, the survey shows.
