Swiss economy offsets last year’s losses: SNB report

The Swiss National Bank's Accountability Report for 2010, published on Thursday, said 2010 was a year of recovery for the Swiss economy.

The report, which is submitted to the central bank's Federal Council and shareholders, said significant momentum in the domestic economy in 2010 led to a rise in gross domestic product of 2.6%, after having fallen by 1.9% in 2009.
