CNB - 2007 report on financial supervision

The Czech National Bank discusses implementation of Basel II and the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) in its latest regulatory review.

The central bank noted that it worked closely with the Czech Ministry of Finance on the implementation of MiFID into the Czech law.
