Central Bank of Bahamas - Annual Report 2007
In 2007, Bahamas's economy saw a slowdown in credit expansion and construction activity, notes the latest Annual Report from the country's central bank.
The report notes that although the number of tourists declined, hotel revenue improved as the average daily charge for accommodation went up and the average length of stay of visitors increased.
The report was published in May 2008.
