Chief currency dealer dismissed from Bank of England

Suspended Bank of England (BoE) chief currency dealer Martin Mallett has been dismissed from his position. The review into the institution's role in the FX benchmark scandal said he "should be criticised", even though the findings exonerated all Bank officials.
