The Fund said on Thursday that Anoop Singh, now the director of the Fund's Western Hemisphere Department, will succeed David Burton as Asia-Pacific head. Masood Ahmed, the director in charge of external communications, will take over from Mohsin Khan as head of Middle East and Central Asia. Barry Potter, who is the Fund's special representative
