Hungary's Jarai calls budget 'undisciplined'
National Bank of Hungary governor Zsigmond Jarai was quoted in reports as saying that the budgetary management of Gyurcsany's government was "undisciplined" and that he hoped the government would "very quickly turn back."
Jarai said that Hungary had fallen from the top to the bottom in the list of countries which hoped to join the
