Senior PNG officials shift roles

The Bank of Papua New Guinea has altered its management structure in a bid to enhance efficiency.

The following top personnel are affected by the changes:

· Loi Bakani, the deputy governor for policy and regulations, becomes the deputy governor for policy;

· Benny Popotai, the deputy governor for management and operations will now handle regulation;

· Rose Teria, the manager responsible for the financial markets department, will take on the role of assistant governor for operations;

· Joe Teria
