ECB unveils plan for its strategy review

Eurosystem will host “listening” events with general public, academia and civil society organisations

The European Central Bank today (February 24) unveiled how it will carry out its strategy review, a process that will include “listening” events with various social groups across the continent.

The institution has created a new office co-ordinating the work, which will be carried out both in Frankfurt and across the 19 national central banks of the eurozone. The ECB has also divided the process into 11 thematic workstreams that will tackle the main topics of discussion.
