The Bank of Namibia has released it latest economic outlook update early because of "significant changes" in the mining and government sectors. The report is normally published in December.

A downward revision in the mining sector because of lower projections from uranium mines and a faster pace of fiscal consolidation has prompted the bank to revise its growth projections, says the report, published today (November 4).
