Central Bank of Argentina publishes secret minutes from last dictatorship
Minutes from 1981–83 are available on the central bank’s website
From 1981 to 1983, the board of directors of the Central Bank of Argentina authorised the financing of secret military equipment exports to neighbour countries, discussed the possible transfer of their reserves from New York to Bern and tried to find a solution for the frozen assets by the British government due to the Falklands conflict.
