Luxembourg central bank accuses government of withholding statistics
Shelves latest quarterly bulletin as a result
The Central Bank of Luxembourg accused the government of failing to provide it with access to statistics on public finances yesterday, causing it not to publish its latest quarterly bulletin as a result.
In April, the central bank committed to conducting a "thorough analysis" of public finances in its next quarterly bulletin, which was due for publication this month.
Yesterday, however, it released a statement saying it "will not be able to comply with this commitment" as it has not been able to
