Kazakhstan aims for hat-trick in banknote beauty parade
The National Bank of Kazakhstan is hoping to make it a hat-trick of victories in the International Bank Note Society's (IBNS) Banknote of the Year competition, but faces stiff competition from new notes brought out last year by central banks ranging from the Central Bank of Libya to the Federal Reserve.
