Posen to leave Bank of England’s MPC

The Bank of England (BoE) today (May 18) revealed Adam Posen is set to leave the Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) at the end of his three-year term on August 31. He will become the next president of the Peterson Institute of International Economics, a private, non-profit research institution in Washington, DC following his departure from the bank.
