Bernanke pays homage to predecessors
The chairman of the Federal Reserve, Ben Bernanke, on March 22 gave the second in a four-part series of lectures to students at the George Washington University in Washington, DC.
During the class, he recalled the work of previous Fed chiefs. Of Paul Volcker, Bernanke said the man remained "to this day an influential figure in economic policy discussions".
