New director for IMF Institute

On Wednesday Christine Lagarde, the managing director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), announced the appointment of Sharmini Coorey as director of the IMF Institute.

The IMF Institute was established in 1964 to provide training in economic management to officials of the IMF's member countries.
