BoE’s Fisher: markets uncertain over new regulation

Paul Fisher, the executive director of markets at the Bank of England, on Wednesday said the redesign of the regulatory framework in the UK had created uncertainty among financial market participants, but that ultimately it would strengthen the financial system.
