Thieves seize 500,000 pesos from Argentina coffers: reports
An Argentinean newspaper has revealed that as much as 500,000 pesos ($122,000) has been stolen from the Central Bank of Argentina.
On Saturday, Bloomberg reported sources in La Nacion, an Argentinean daily, saying 500,000 pesos in 100 peso notes had been taken from the central bank. The report said the robbery had taken place over several months and that the exact amount missing had not yet been determined.
