Estonia announces severance packages for rejected deputy governors
At the regular meeting of the Supervisory Board of Eesti Pank on Tuesday, it was announced that Estonia's two ousted deputy governors will receive six-month wage severance packages.
The re-election of Märten Ross and Rein Minka was rejected by the Board in May, much to the displeasure of many. Prime minister Andrus Ansip said the changeover had not been handled in a "polite manner".
