Grameen Bank dodges Yunus departure by appointing Nobel Laureate as chairman

Muhammad Yunus, a Nobel Laureate and microfinance pioneer, has been appointed chairman of the board of Grameen Bank, only hours after a Bangladesh court rejected an appeal for his dismissal as managing director of the bank.
