Print more $2 bills, Taco Bell tells Fed
Taco Bell, a fast-food chain, has started a campaign to get the Federal Reserve to print more $2 bills.
The campaign, an attempt by the chain to promote its $2 meal deals, calls on customers to "make an appeal to the Federal Reserve to circulate more $2 bills" in anticipation of its deal sparking demand.
Taco Bell has so far taken out a newspaper advertisement in USA Today, an American daily, and set up a petition on social networking site facebook, which as of 16:40 GMT had 152 signees.
