Fiji: use electronic payments system more

Bank customers need to use Fijiclear, Fiji's electronic payments system, more, said Sada Reddy, the deputy governor of the country's Reserve Bank.

In a recent speech, Reddy said that the central bank plans to work with commercial banks to enhance the use of the system. The central bank will make efforts to reduce the overall transaction costs of using Fijiclear and will ask banks to review their transaction charges, he said.
